Section 25-D808. PHYSICAL FACILITIES - MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS, FLOOR

808.1 The physical facilities shall be maintained in good repair.

808.2Every floor and floor covering, such as carpet, shall be kept clean and in good repair, sanitized or replaced so that it does not become a hazard to health or safety.
