Section 25-D911. REFUSE - REMOVAL RECEPTACLES OR VEHICLES

911.1 Refuse shall be removed from the premises by way of:

(a) Portable receptacles that meet District law; or

(b) A transport vehicle that is maintained and operated according to District law.
