Section 25-F1104. ADMINISTRATIVE - CONDEMNATION ORDER, OFFICIAL TAGGING OR MARKING OF EQUIPMENT OR DEVICES

1104.1The Department shall place a tag, label, or other appropriate marking to indicate the condemnation of equipment, devices, fixtures, or other supplies that do not meet the requirements of these regulations.

1104.2The tag or other method used to identify the equipment, devices, fixtures, or other supplies that are the subject of a condemnation order shall include a summary of the provisions specified in Section 1103 and shall be signed and dated by the Department.
