Section 25-F1111. ADMINISTRATIVE - SUMMARY SUSPENSION, TIME FRAME FOR REINSPECTION

1111.1After receiving a written request from the licensee stating that the conditions cited in the summary suspension order no longer exist, the Department shall conduct a reinspection of the tanning facility for which the license was summarily suspended within three (3) business days of receiving the request.
