1302.1The Department shall afford a hearing within seventy-two (72) hours after receiving a written request for a hearing from:

(a)A licensee or person who is subject to a condemnation order as specified in Section 1102; or

(b)A person whose license is summarily suspended as specified in Section 1108.

1302.2A licensee or person who submits a request for a hearing as specified in Section 1302.1 may waive the expedited hearing in a written request to the Department.
