    305.1The licensee shall maintain records for at least three (3) years related to customers 18 years of age and older who used tanning equipment or devices at the facility. With respect to customers under 18 years of age who used tanning equipment or devices at the facility, the licensee shall maintain their records until they reach 21 years of age.
