Section 25-F503. HANDWASHING SINKS - HANDWASHING CLEANSER, AVAILABILITY, HAND DRYING PROVISION, AND HANDWASHING SIGNAGE

503.1An automatic handwashing facility may be substituted for a handwashing sink in a tanning facility that has at least one (1) handwashing sink.
503.2An automatic handwashing facility shall be used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
503.3Each handwashing sink or group of two (2) adjacent sinks shall be provided with hand cleaning liquid or powder.
503.4Each handwashing sink or group of adjacent sinks shall be provided with:
(a)Individual, disposable towels; or
(b)A heated-air, hand-drying device.
503.5A sign or poster that notifies employees to wash their hands shall be provided at all handwashing sinks.
