    505.1Toilet facilities shall be provided in accordance with Section 506 and the International Plumbing Code (2006 edition), Subtitle F (Plumbing Code Supplement) of Title 12 of the District of Columbia Municipal Regulations.

     

    505.2A toilet room located on the premises shall be completely enclosed and provided with a tight-fitting and self-closing door, except that this requirement does not apply to a toilet room that is located outside a tanning facility.

     

    505.3Toilet room doors shall be kept closed except during cleaning and maintenance operations.
