Section 25-F701. REMOVAL FREQUENCY

701.1The licensee shall maintain a copy of the facility’s professional service contract which documents the following information:

(a)Name and address of its District-licensed trash or solid waste contractor;

(b)Duration of the contract; and

(c)Frequency of trash or solid waste collection services provided under the contract.

701.2Trash or solid waste collection shall comply with Title 21, Chapter 7 of the DCMR.
