Section 25-F908. CRITICAL VIOLATIONS - TIME FRAME FOR CORRECTION*

    908.1A licensee shall, at the time of inspection, correct a critical violation of these regulations and implement corrective action as specified in Section 908.2.

     

    908.2The Department may consider the nature of the potential hazard involved and the complexity of the corrective action needed and agree to specify a longer timeframe, not to exceed five (5) business days after the inspection, for the licensee to correct a critical violation of these regulations.

     

    908.3Failure to correct violations in accordance with this section may subject a licensee to a condemnation order pursuant to Section 1102, summary suspension of a license pursuant to Section 1108, revocation or suspension of a license pursuant to Section 1113, civil penalties pursuant to Section 1114, or judicial remedies pursuant to Section 1116.
