Section 25-J304. PET SHOPS: PREVENTION OF INJURY

304.1Any animal that exhibits behavior which indicates it may do bodily harm to any person, or that is of a species of normally wild animals capable of doing bodily harm to any person, shall be securely confined to prevent any person from coming in casual contact with the animal, and shall not be permitted to run at large.
