Section 26-A1300. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1300.1It is the purpose of this chapter to establish a constitution and provide for the administration of an industry placement facility pursuant to the provisions of D.C. Official Code § 31-5004(b) (2001) ("Statute").

1300.2The Commissioner and his or her designee shall be responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities with respect to exercising the regulatory authority conferred by the Statute, through the Mayor, pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 31-103(a)(1) (2001).
