Section 26-A1319. STATISTICS AND REPORTS

1319.1All business written pursuant to the Plan of Operation shall be coded separately in order that the experience of the business may be viewed separately from the experience on general business.

1319.2The Facility shall furnish to all Members, to the Commissioner and to other entities as required by statute or regulation, a written report at such intervals and containing such information as may be required.
