Section 26-A1418. EXEMPTION OF CERTAIN SECURITIES FROM SECTION 3(C) OF THE ACT

1418.1Any security shall be exempt from the operation of Section 3(c) of the Act to the extent necessary to render lawful under the section the execution by a broker of an order for an account in which he or she has no direct or indirect interest.
