Section 26-A1501. PROXIES, CONSENTS, AND AUTHORIZATIONS

1501.1No stock insurer, nor any director, officer, or employee of that insurer subject to §1500, nor any other person, shall solicit, or permit the use of his or her name to solicit, by mail or otherwise, any proxy, consent or authorization in respect of any stock of that insurer in contravention of this chapter.
