Section 26-A1702. MEETINGS AND NOTICES

    1702.1Annually, on a date fixed by the Governing Committee, there shall be a meeting of representatives of all of the members of the Bureau for the purposes of electing Governing Committee members, receiving reports from the Governing Committee and the Manager regarding the operation of the Bureau, and for the discussion of matters pertaining thereto.

     

    1702.2The Governing Committee shall give not less than twenty (20) days written notice of the annual meeting of the Bureau to all members and the notice shall be accompanied by an agenda for the meeting.

     

    1702.3At any meeting of the Governing Committee, five (5) members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business, and the acts of a majority of those present at a meeting at which a quorum is present shall be the acts of the Governing Committee.
     

    1702.4The Governing Committee shall meet at least once annually as required by §1702.1 and as often as required to disburse funds, to modify budgets, and to perform the general duties of administration of the Bureau.
