Section 26-A1704. DUTIES OF THE MANAGER

1704.1The Manager shall perform the following duties:

(a)Serve as an ex-officio member of the Governing Committee;

(b)Perform the duties of Secretary and Treasurer of the Bureau at the direction of the Governing Committee; and

(c)Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Bureau Office.

1704.2As an ex-officio member of the Governing Committee pursuant to §1704.1 (a), the Manager shall not have a vote or be counted for the purpose of establishing a quorum.
