Section 26-A1708. RECORDS

1708.1The manager and the bureau members shall, at all reasonable times, make books, records, and files available to the Governing Committee or its representative, and the Commissioner, for the purpose of examining any matter coming within the scope of the rules of this chapter and the insurance laws of the District.
