Section 26-A1900. COVERAGE

1900.1These rules shall apply to all types of group and individual health insurance policies providing coverage as contained in §3 of the Drug Abuse, Alcohol Abuse, and Mental Illness Insurance Coverage Act of 1986 ("the Act"), D.C. Code §35-2302, and those treatment centers which are certified pursuant to §7 of the Act, D.C. Code §35-2306.
