Section 26-A1907. FINDINGS AND DECISIONS ON HEARINGS REGARDING CERTIFICATIONS

    1907.1The Director shall render a decision, in writing, within forty-five (45) days after the hearing is completed.

     

    1907.2The decision of the Director shall contain the following:

     

    (a)Findings of fact made by the Director;

     

    (b)Application by the Director of the Act and rules to the facts as found by the Director;

     

    (c)The decision of the Director; and

     

    (d)A statement informing the aggrieved person of his or her appeal rights and the time within which review must be sought.

     

    1907.3Within seven (7) business days after the decision is rendered, the Director shall serve, either personally or by certified mail, upon the applicant, the certification holder, or the attorney of record, a copy of the written decision.
