Section 26-A2111. CESSATION OF A SINKING FUND

2111.1The management of a sinking fund may not terminate the fund without the written approval of the Commissioner. After a final disposition of all claims, any remaining funds shall be returned to the owner.

2111.2Notwithstanding Section 2111.1, the minimum period to return any remaining funds shall be three (3) years.
