Section 26-A2113. EXEMPTION FROM ATTACHMENT OR LEVY

2113.1Any sinking fund provided for in this chapter shall be exempt from attachment or levy for any obligation or liability of the depositor except as provided in Section 16 of the District of Columbia Taxicab Commission Establishment Act of 1985, D.C. Code, §40-1715 (1986).
