Section 26-A2617. FILING REQUIREMENT

2617.1Prior to an insurer or similar organization offering group long-term care insurance to a resident of the District of Columbia pursuant to D.C. Official Code § 31-3604, it shall file with the Commissioner evidence that the group policy or certificate thereunder has been approved by a state having statutory or regulatory long-term care insurance requirements substantially similar to those adopted in the District of Columbia.
