Section 26-A2705. USE OF SALES MATERIAL

2705.1An insurer authorized to transact variable life insurance business in the District shall not use any sales material, advertising material or descriptive literature or other materials of any kind in connection with its variable life insurance business in the District which is false, misleading, deceptive or inaccurate.
