3700.1This regulation shall apply to all captive insurance companies formed or licensed under the provisions of the Captive Insurance Company Act of 2000, effective October 21, 2000 (D.C. Law 13-192; 47 DCR 7320), and the Captive Insurance Company Act of 2004, effective March 17, 2005 (D.C. Law 15-262; 52 DCR 1205), and the amendments thereto.
