Section 26-A3715. CHANGE OF BUSINESS

3715.1Any change in the nature of the captive business from that stated in the company's plan of operation filed with the Commissioner upon application requires prior written approval from the Commissioner.

3715.2Any change in any other information filed with the application must be filed with the Commissioner, but does not require prior written approval.
