Section 26-A4007. CERTIFICATE OF AUTHORITY

  • 4007.1The certificate of authority of a reciprocal insurer shall be issued to its attorney in the name of the insurer.

    4007.2The Commissioner may refuse to issue, suspend, or revoke the certificate of authority, in addition to any other applicable grounds, for failure of the attorney to comply with any applicable provision of the act or this chapter.
