600The District of Columbia Automobile Insurance Plan (the "Plan") shall keep its Constitution and Plan of Operation on file at the Plan's headquarters and make copies of these documents available to members of the public upon request. Individuals desiring copies of the Plan's Constitution and Plan of Operation may contact the Plan directly at:
