Section 26-A900. LIABILITY INSURANCE REQUIRED

900.1No ambulance license shall be issued unless and until there is in full force and effect liability insurance for the term of the license in the form and for at least the minimum limits prescribed in this section.

900.2No ambulance license shall continue in effect unless there is in full force and effect liability insurance in the form and for at least the minimum limits prescribed in this section.
