Section 26-A901. LIABILITY INSURANCE COVERAGE

901.1Insurance coverage shall be pursuant to the terms, conditions, and limitations of the Insurance Policy defined in §999 unless otherwise specified.
901.2Upon cancellation by the insured, the company shall mail written notices to the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, the Department of Human Services and the Department of Public Works, stating when (not less than fifteen (15) days thereafter) that cancellation shall be effective.
901.3Upon cancellation by the company, the company shall mail written notices to the Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs, the Department of Human Services, and the Department of Public Works, stating when (not less than thirty (30) days thereafter) that cancellation shall be effective.
901.4The provisions contained in Chapter 3 of this title shall also be applicable unless in conflict with Chapter 5 of DCMR Title 29.
