    234.1If securities other than capital stock or long-term debt are being registered, the issuer shall outline briefly the rights evidenced by it. If subscription warrants or rights are being registered, the issuer shall state the title and amount of securities called for, the period during which and the prices at which the warrants or rights are exercisable.

     

    234.2The issuer shall provide a brief summary of the pertinent provisions from an investment standpoint is required. A complete legal description of the provisions referred to is not required and should not be given. The issuer need not set forth the provisions of the governing instruments verbatim. Only a succinct resume is required.
