Section 26-C1100. SCOPE AND APPLICABILITY

1100.1This chapter shall apply to any person who engages in business as a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, or mortgage loan originator in the District or who issues, makes, services, brokers, or originates a mortgage loan as defined in the Act.
