Section 26-C1114. ANNUAL REPORTING REQUIREMENTS

1114.1A mortgage lender, mortgage broker, and mortgage dual authority licensee shall submit an annual report to the Department on a form prescribed by the Commissioner.

1114.2A mortgage loan originator shall file annually, a call report with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry on a form prescribed by the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.
