Section 26-C1122. APPLICABILITY OF FEDERAL LAW

1122.1Unless otherwise stated in the Act, a licensee or person required to be licensed under the Act shall comply with applicable federal law and any rule, regulation, order, or interpretation promulgated or issued pursuant to the applicable federal law.
