Section 26-C2009. ENFORCEMENT

2009.1Pursuant to section 302 of the Act, the Department may conduct examinations, initiate investigations, and issue orders pursuant to section 303 of the Act in order to enforce the provisions of the Act.

2009.2Any findings by the Commissioner of violations shall also be referred to the District of Columbia Office of the Attorney General Counsel for further enforcement.
