Section 26-C2212. AUTHORIZED DELEGATE CONDUCT

2212.1The maximum remittance time for an authorized delegate to remit all monies owing to a licensee within the time required in accordance with the terms of the contract between the licensee and the authorized delegate, as set forth in section 18(c) of the Act, shall be thirty (30) calendar days.
