Section 26-C2611. PENALTIES AND FORFEITURES

    2611.1In addition to all other penalties and forfeitures provided by law, any person violating any provision of this chapter, upon conviction, be fined three hundred dollars ($ 300), imprisoned for not less than thirty (30) days, or more than ninety (90) days, or both. In addition, the court may order any person violating this act to make restitution for the value of property illegally obtained as a result of the violation.

     

    2611.2Money lender's licenses of both Class A and Class B shall be subject to revocation as provided in § 6 of the 1913 Act for any violation of this chapter.
