Section 26-C2716. SETTLEMENTS

2716.1Any settlement agreement reached as a result of mediation shall be a permanent resolution of the default of the residential mortgage.

2716.2Any settlement agreement reached as a result of mediation shall be reduced to writing and executed by the mediation parties within ten (10) business days of the date of the mediation parties’ agreement.
