2723.1The authorized Notice of Intention to Foreclose a Residential Mortgage shall be used to comply with the requirements in Section 539(c) of the Act for a foreclosure sale pursuant to a residential mortgage. Issuance of the Notice of Intention to Foreclose a Residential Mortgage shall comply with Section 2728.
