2729.1The liability under the Act for a trustee who is defined as a lender shall be limited to Section 539b of the Act (D.C. Official Code § 42-815.02(e)(2)(A)(iii)) for the trustee’s exercise of a power of sale or the issuance of a Notice of Intention to Foreclose a Residential Mortgage or Notice of Foreclosure Sale of Real Property or Condominium Unit in violation of the Act or this chapter.
