Section 26-C408. MISCELLANEOUS REQUESTS

408.1Requests for a certificate of good standing with respect to a District financial institution shall be submitted to the Commissioner in writing and shall include the appropriate fee prescribed by section 207 of these rules. The Commissioner may for good cause grant a request to waive the fee.

Section 207 of this chapter was repealed by Final Rulemaking effective February 15, 2008 and a new chapter 6, entitled “Fees and Assessments” was added that applies to banks and other depository institutions operating or proposing to operate in the District of Columbia.
