Section 27-109. PROOF OF SERVICE

Latest version.

109.1A party filing a document with the Board shall furnish written proof that a copy also has been sent to every other party.

109.2The proof shall show the date and manner of service and may be written acknowledgment of service, affidavit of the person making service, certificate of an attorney of record, or by other proof satisfactory to the Board.

109.3Proof of service shall not be required if the document has been served electronically pursuant to Rule 409.
