Section 27-111. STIPULATIONS

111.1The parties may stipulate to facts, issues, admission of relevant documents, testimony, discovery procedures, and other matters which may aid in expediting the proceedings in a case, subject to acceptance by the Board. A stipulation, however, may not extend a time limit established by a rule or order of the Board without its approval.
