Section 27-116. SUSPENSION OF RULES

116.1In the interest of expediting a decision in a case or for other good cause shown, the Board may, except for the time requirements for filing a protest or a notice of appeal, suspend or dispense with the filing requirements and procedural provisions of these rules on the motion of a party or on its own initiative and may order proceedings in accordance with its direction.
