Section 27-123. ENLARGEMENT OF TIME

123.1The Board, for good cause shown, may enlarge the time prescribed by the Board rules, or by its order, for doing any act, or may permit an act to be done after the expiration of the prescribed time. The Board, may not, however, enlarge the time for filing a protest or an appeal.
