Section 27-129. SEAL OF THE BOARD

129.1The seal of the Board shall be a circular boss, the center portion of which shall depict the flag of the District of Columbia and flag of the United States. The outer margin of the seal shall bear the legend, "CONTRACT APPEALS BOARD, D.C."
