    1508.1     The contracting officer shall publicize IFBs in accordance with the provisions of chapter 13 of this title.

     

    1508.2Prospective bidders that are debarred or suspended from District or federal contracts or otherwise determined to be ineligible to receive awards shall  not be  eligible to bid.
