Section 27-1521. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

    1521.1To be considered for award, a bid shall comply in all material respects with the IFB.

     

    1521.2Bidders shall complete and submit bids in accordance with the instructions in the IFB.

     

    1521.3Bidders shall submit bids so that they are received at the location designated in the IFB no later than the exact time specified in the IFB.

     

    1521.4Unless the solicitation states another time, the deadline for receipt of bids shall be 2:00 p.m. local time on the date that bids are due.
