Section 27-1646. NOTIFICATIONS

    1646.1The contracting officer shall notify each offeror whose proposal is determined to be unacceptable before award unless disclosure might prejudice the best interest of the District.

     

    1646.2The contracting officer shall award a contract by transmitting written notice of the award with reasonable promptness to the responsible offeror whose proposal will be the most advantageous to the District.

     

    1646.3Promptly after the award of each contract, the contracting officer shall notify unsuccessful offerors in writing, unless notice was given before award.
