Section 27-2421. LABOR-HOUR CONTRACTS

2421.1When materials are not required, the contracting officer may use a labor-hour contract, a variation of the time-and-materials contract.

2421.2The use of a labor-hour contract shall be in accordance with the provisions of §2420.
